Will I be sharing my car with someone else?
No, these are individual transfers, the cars are reserved just for you.
How to book a transfer?
All you have to do is send all the details of your transfer (flight number, arrival time, destination) through the booking form and reply to our confirmation that we can arrange the transfer for you that you have received our confirmation, and that’s it!
No advance payment is required, and therefore cancellation of the reservation is completely free.
How far in advance does it have to be booked?
Advance booking is not necessary! You can book a transfer even on the day of your flight to Montenegro. It often happens that clients book transport from the airport itself, while waiting for a flight to Montenegro!
Where will my driver be when I arrive at the airport?
When your plane lands, you will first wait for your luggage and then go to the exit. As soon as you exit the airport, you will see your driver holding a sign with your name on it. The driver knows how to position himself, so you can easily see him.
Both airports in Montenegro, as well as the airport in Dubrovnik (HR), are small airports with one main exit each, so there is no fear that you will not spot your driver.
How and to whom can I pay for the transfer?
Payment is in cash directly to the driver, for now it is not possible to pay by card. Also, payment via Western Union in advance is possible.
Are there any additional costs?
All prices on our website are final, there are no additional costs!
My driver is late, what should I do?
This happens very rarely, but if it does, please wait for your driver. He will certainly inform you of his arrival time via SMS, you will receive his SMS as soon as you land and turn on your mobile phone.
This can happen in July/August, during the peak season, if there is a traffic jam on the way to the airport. But as we said, it happens very rarely.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
If your flight is delayed, don’t worry, the driver will be waiting for you, at no extra charge! All flights are monitored in case of any delay, to ensure that the driver will be waiting for you at the right time. However, if you become aware of the delay of your flight, you can send an SMS to the number you received when confirming your reservation.
Will I be driven right to my accommodation?
Our services are door-to-door. We will take you to the address you sent us when you made your reservation.
Extra luggage?
If you have a lot of extra luggage/strollers, please mention this in the message when booking so we can determine the best car for your transfer. We will consider your request and allocate a vehicle suitable for your needs, or suggest an upgrade to a larger car if necessary.
Can you provide a high chair?
Yes, we have child seats. Please indicate in the booking form how many child seats you require. There is no additional charge for this service, it is included in the transfer price.
My group size has changed, can I choose a different vehicle?
Yes, of course. Please inform us as soon as possible to confirm the availability of a suitable vehicle. There is a possibility of an additional fee if a larger vehicle is needed.
