How to book a transfer?
All you have to do is to send all details of your transfer via BOOK TRANSFER page, and confirm back that you got our confirmation, and thats it!
No advance payment needed. Also, cancellation is completely free of charge.

How long in advance, a transfer must be reserved?
It is not necessarily needed to do it in advance! You can reserve a transfer even on the day of your flight to Montenegro. It often happens that clients book their transportation from the airport, while waiting for a flight to Montenegro!

Where will my driver be when I arrive at the airport ?
When your airplane lands you will have to claim your baggage and proceed to the exit. You will see your driver holding a sign with your name on it, as soon as you exit the airport. Driver knows how to place himself where you can see him.

Both airports in Montenegro, as well as the airport in Dubrovnik (HR), are small airports with one main exit, so there is no concern that you may not spot your driver.

How and to whom will I pay for my transfer?
Payment is directly to your driver, cash only.
Credit cards are not accepted for the time being.
Payment is also possible via Western Union in advance.

Are there any extra charges?
All prices on our web site are final, no additional costs.

Will I be sharing my car with anyone else?
No, this is a private transfer booked for yourself only.

My driver is late, what do I do?
This occurs rarely, but if it happens, please wait for your driver. He will certainly notify you about his arrival time by sms, you will get his sms as soon as you land and turn on your mobile phone.

This can happen in July/August, during high season, when there is some traffic jam on the way to airport. But as we said, it rarely occurs.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
If your flight is delayed, don’t worry, your driver will wait for you without extra charge. All flights are monitored for delays, to ensure your driver will be waiting for you at the exact time. However, if you become aware of any delay to your flight, you can send sms notification to a number given in your confirmation email.

Will I be dropped off at my accommodation?
Our services are door-to-door. We will take you directly to the address you gave when you made your reservation.

Additional luggage?
If you have a lot of extra luggage, please specify it in the reservation form so that we can determine the optimal vehicle for your transfer. We will review your booking and assign a vehicle with suitable capacity for your needs, or suggest you upgrade to a larger vehicle.

Can you provide baby seats?
We provide baby seats. Please specify in our reservation form, how many baby seats you require. No additional charge for it, it is included in transfer price.

My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?
Yes of course. Please inform us as soon as possible, to confirm availability of a more suitable vehicle. There may be an additional charge to pay if you require a larger vehicle.
